Step 1: Our Program Manager will review your inquiry form and contact you for additional basic informaitonStep 2: We will then set up a time to meet your family and interview you personally. Once we have an understanding of what you are looking for we begin reviewing existing candidates as well as interviewing and screening new candidates specifically to find a perfect fit for your family.
Step 3: When we have located caregivers that fit your requirements we provide caregiver bio’s and arrange an in person interview of two hour blocks or an over the phone interview with the candidate(s) of your choosing. This process continues until you have selected the perfect caregiver for your family.
